Deep Margin Elevation (DME) bridges restorative science and clinical precision to transform how deep subgingival margins are managed. This course explores the biological and biomechanical principles behind DME, when to apply it—and when to avoid it—and demonstrates multiple clinical approaches including copper bands, matrix-in-matrix techniques, and 3D-printed solutions. Emphasis is placed on integrating DME with IPDS to create a powerful, predictable strategy for restoring endodontically compromised teeth.
