MARCELO CALAMITA, DDS, MS, PhD Dr. Marcelo Calamita received his DDS degree in 1988 from the University of Sao Paulo, where he also obtained his certificate, MS, PhD in prosthodontics. He worked as clinical instructor in the Department of Prosthodontics of the same university for 17 years. He was associate professor of prosthodontics at University Braz Cubas and University of Guarulhos, both in Sao Paulo. Marcelo Calamita is the former president of the Brazilian Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and currently he is the editor-in-chief of the Dental Press Brazilian Journal of Esthetics. In addition, he has lectured nationally and internationally, written numerous scientific publications and chapters in textbooks on treatment planning, implants and esthetic restorative dentistry. EUDES GONDIM, DDS, PhD Eudes Gondim Junior received his masters degree and doctoral degree from the Endodontic Unit, School of Dentistry of Piracicaba, State University of Campinas-UNICAMP in 1999 and 2003 respectively. He has worked in private practice since 1992. He is currently an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Department of Endodontics of the University of Pennsylvania and the chief of Micro Endodontic Specialization Program- Sao Paulo Association of Dental Surgeons (APCD). STEVEN GRAFF-RADFORD, DDS
Steven B. Graff-Radford, DDS, is Director of The Program for Headache and Orofacial Program, The Pain Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Pain Management Center, School of Dentistry and Clinical Professor USC School of Dentistry.
Dr. Graff-Radford s research interests include the study of neuropathic facial pain and headache. He has written more than 150 articles, book chapters and scientific abstracts, and he lectures nationally and internationally on the subject of head and neck pain management.
Dr. Graff-Radford has served as President of the Western USA Pain Society and President of the American Board of Orofacial Pain, and President of the Headache Co-operative of the Pacific. In addition, he is a past board member of the American Headache Society and the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. He has served on the headache guidelines committee of the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research, and currently serves on the board of and the Trigeminal Neuralgia Association and is currently Immediate Past President of the Headache Co-operative of the Pacific.
Dr. Graff-Radford received his dental degree from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. He completed a two-year pain management fellowship at the UCLA Department of Anesthesiology. Following his fellowship, he served as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of Education at the UCLA Pain Management Center.

ALLAN, JONES, DDS, MS Allan Jones is a general dentist in Torrance, California. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science (1975) and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from University of Irvine (1976). Dental studies were completed at the University of the Pacific of Dentistry where he received his DDS in 1979. In 2011 he received a Masters of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Southern California. His thesis project created a mathematical method for the prediction of susceptibility to bisphosphonate related osteonecrosis of the jaws. Dr. Jones was a Clinical Instructor of Restorative Dentistry on the Faculty of Primary Oral Health as well as a Clinical Instructor of Occlusion on the Faculty of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry from 1984-2001. He has produced two CDA Journals as contributing editor. The issue on ergonomics received the most coveted awards in the industry. His previous lecture for CDA was on this topic. He has served on the CDA Judiciary Committee. In addition to the California Dental Association, Dr. Jones is a member of Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Orofacial Pain, Pierre Fauchard Academy, Newport Harbor Academy of Dentistry. PASCAL MAGNE, DMD, MSc, PhD
Dr. Pascal Magne is an Associate Professor with Tenure and the Don and Sybil Harrington Foundation Chair of Esthetic Dentistry in the Division of Restorative Sciences, University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, Los Angeles, CA. He graduated from the University of Geneva Dental School, Switzerland, in 1989 with a Med. Dent. Obtained his Doctorate in 1992 and his Ph.D. degree in 2002. Dr. Magne received postgraduate training in fixed Prosthodontics and occlusion, operative dentistry and endodontics, and was a lecturer at the same university beginning in 1989 until 1997.
From 1997-1999, he was a Visiting Associate Professor at the Minnesota Dental Research Center for Biomaterials and Biomechanics, University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry. After concluding two years of research, Dr. Magne returned to University of Geneva Dental School and assumed the position of Senior Lecturer in the Division of Fixed Prosthodontics and Occlusion until he was recruited to the University of Southern California in February 2004.
Dr. Magne is a recipient of multiple awards from the Swiss Science Foundation, the Swiss Foundation for Medical-Biological Grants, and was the recipient of the 2002 Young Investigator Award from the International Association for Dental Research as well as the 2007 and 2009 Judson C. Hickey Scientific Writing Award (for the best research article of the year published in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry). He is also the author of numerous clinical and research articles on esthetics and adhesive dentistry and is an internationally known mentor and lecturer on these topics. He also Furthermore, Dr. Magne authored the book Bonded Porcelain Restorations in the Anterior Dentition - A Biomimetic Approach which has been translated into twelve languages and is considered as one of the most outstanding books in the field of adhesive and esthetic dentistry. He is a founding member of the Academy of Biomimetic Dentistry and a mentor of the Bio-Emulation think-tank group. In 2012, he launched a revolutionary approach to the teaching of Dental Morphology, Function and Esthetics (the 2D/3D/4D approach) for freshman students at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC.

WAYNE REMINGTON, DDS
Dr. Wayne Remington: A graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry in 1982 and the University of Virginia Medical Center General Practice Residency in 1984, Dr. Remington has been in private general and esthetic restorative dentistry since 1984. In addition, he has been a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dentistry at the University of Virginia, teaching esthetic dentistry.

KURT SCHROEDER, DDS After a satisfying 10 year career in general dentistry, I elected to return for clinical and didactic training in endodontics to be able to concentrate in a specialty of dentistry that offered unique challenges. I have found that most gratifying among the many skills I have subsequently developed is the ability to relieve patient suffering with more predictability. This has also strongly motivated me to more effectively teach diagnosis and management of dental and pulpal pain to undergraduate and postgraduate endodontic residents. I also find that my perspective as both general dentist and endodontic specialist gives much more substance and depth to my student and faculty teaching interactions in both treatment planning and management of cases.

EIJU SEN, DDS Dr. Eiju Sen graduated from Kanagawa Dental University with a DDS degree in 1991. FRANK SETZER, DMD, PhD, MS Dr. Setzer graduated from the Dental School of the Friedrich- Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany, in 1995, where he also received his doctoral degree in 1998. He pursued his endodontic specialty training at the University of Pennsylvania after working for nine years in a multi-specialist private practice as associate and partner. Dr. Setzer graduated from the endodontic program of the University of Pennsylvania in 2006, receiving the Louis I Grossman Postdoctoral Student Award in Endodontics. He earned a Master of Science in Oral Biology and a DMD degree in 2008 and 2010, respectively. Dr. Setzer serves as the Clinic Director and Pre-Doctoral Program Director at the Department of Endodontics of the University of Pennsylvania. DENNIS SHANELEC, DDS
Dennis A. Shanelec, DDS has practiced periodontics for thirty years in Santa Barbara and Solvang, California. He has pioneered periodontal and implant microsurgery, founding the Microsurgery Training Institute in Santa Barbara, California to provide clinical training in microsurgery. Internationally, he is recognized as an authority on magnification in dentistry and regarded as the founder of the field of periodontal microsurgery. CHERILYN SHEETS, DDS
Dr. Cherilyn Sheets maintains a full-time private practice in Newport Beach, California for esthetic rehabilitative dentistry. GLENN VAN AS, DMD
Dr. Glenn A. van As graduated from the University of British Columbia (D.M.D.) in 1987. He is in full time private general practice emphasizing esthetic, implant and restorative dentistry in North Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Since 1997, Glenn has worked exclusively with the Dental Operating Microscope (D.O.M.). for all of his clinical dentistry. An original founder and past president of A.M.E.D, he is acknowledged as a leader in the accumulation of videography and digital photography captured with the microscope.

GLECIO VAZ DE CAMPOS, DDS
Dr. Glecio Vaz de Campos received his DDS degree from the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) in Araraquara in 1982. After specializing in Periodontics and Prosthetics, several years of clinical practice led him to explore new techniques, focusing on periodontal plastic surgery. In 1996, he was qualified on this subject at the Microsurgery Training Institute, in Santa Barbara, CA and introduced the periodontal and peri-implant plastic microsurgery in South America.
Dr. Campos led a significative role in the widespread of the microscope use in Brazil. From 2000 to 2004 Dr. Campos has served as Director of the Operative Microscopy Department at the Sao Paulo Dental Association (APCD), and organised there the largest training facility on operative microscopy in South America, where courses are held for all dental fields.
Dr. Campos has written 13 book chapters regarding periodontal and peri-implant plastic microsurgery, as well as articles in magazines published in Brazil and abroad. GREG VIGOREN, DDS Dr. Greg Vigoren has maintained a private general dentistry practice in Newport Beach, California, for the past 30 years. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, and spent two years in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Japan. While in Japan, Dr. Vigoren completed six months rotating internship in periodontics, pedodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Dr. Jean Wu graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree in 1990 and earned a Masters in Prosthodontics in 1994 from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She completed advanced training in Maxillofacial Prosthetics studying at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr Wu maintained a full time Prosthodontic private practice in Australia, and was a Prosthodontist at the Royal Children s Hospital of Melbourne. She was also a distinguished lecturer and clinical instructor at the University of Melbourne and past president of the Australian Prosthodontic Society.
