On-site Meeting Vs Online Meeting

On-site Meeting:

This year's meeting will be in San Diego at the Hotel Del Coronado. Along with a on-site meeting we are offering two other ways to connect: The LIVE and recorded versions.

LIVE ONLINE Meeting:

Presentations will be broadcast live during the meeting in California, PST. Some presentations will not be available due to copyright law.

Recorded Meeting:

The meeting will be recorded and then uploaded for attendees to view online. Generally the cost of watching the presentations after the meeting are an additional fee, however, we are including it in the registration. Please note that some presentations will not be available due to copyright law.

Meeting Fee Information

Cancellations and Refunds:

All cancellations must be received by October 15, 2012. Requests for refunds received by October 15, 2012 will be granted in full, less a $75 administration fee. After October 15, 2012 NO registration refunds will be issued. Please call or email us to request a cancellation.
