Description:
This presenatation is designed for dentists who would like to have more information and training to deliver regenerative endodontic procedures in their clinic. Regenerative endodontic procedures include revascularization, partial pulpotomy, and apexogenesis. A video of the regeneration procedure being performed on an immature tooth with a necrotic pulp will be shown.
COURSE OUTLINE
OBJECTIVES
The learning objectives of the training program are to:
1. Discuss dental pulp responses to injury, infection, and trauma, and also treatment strategies to maintain or restore the vitality of teeth.
2. Understand the decision-making guidelines for delivering regenerative endodontics procedures to patients.
3. Review the materials, instruments, and protocols needed to deliver regenerative endodontic procedures to patients.
