Description:
Presentation is in a case report form. Case involves a tooth with calcific changes in pulp chamber and coronal half of the canal is treated endodontically with the aid of Dental Operating Microscope and ultrasonics . Intra operative CBCT becomes a turning point during the treatment.

COURSE OUTLINE

OBJECTIVES

After completing this course, the clinician will be able to:
1. Select the cases which are better managed with the help of Dental Operating Microscope and CBCT
2. Recognize radiographically changes in the pulp canal creating difficulties in endodontic treatment
3. Understand the limitation of periapical radiographs, which show only mesio-distal perspective of the root canal
