Cancellations and Refunds:
All cancellations must be received by September 30, 2010. Requests for refunds received by September 30, 2010 will be granted in full, less a $75 administration fee. After September 30, 2010 NO registration refunds will be issued. Please call or email us to request a cancellation.
Course Space:
Registration for courses is on a first come first serve basis and is only open to registered conference attendees. Please register for the Annual Meeting before registering for courses. You will receive confirmation once your registration has been accepted.
